加藤清正の家臣・井上大九郎（生没年不詳）が朝鮮出兵時、島山（蔚山の北に位置）で大筒を撃ち、明船を撃退する様子を描いた作品。

このシリーズの最も印象的なデザインのひとつであるこの一枚では、異常な大きさの大筒は井上の力強さを強調し、足元に落ちた牡丹は明軍の敗北を表現しています。版元　山本屋平吉（栄久堂）

Inoue Daikurô (date of birth and death unknown), retainer of Katô Kiyomasa, portrayed at Josan/Dosan (situated in the north of Ulsan, Korea) at the time of the Imjin War (1592-1598), firing a large cannon to repel the Chinese Ming ships. In this print which is one of the most impressive designs of the set, the oversized cannon emphasizes Inoue’s strength, and the fallen peony at his feet expresses the defeat of the Chinese army. Inoue Daikurô (dates de naissance et décès inconnues), vassal de Katô Kiyomasa, représenté à Josan/Dosan (situé au nord d'Ulsan, Corée) lors de la guerre d'Imjin (1592-1598), et tirant avec un gros canon pour repousser les navires chinois Ming. Dans cette estampe qui est l’une des plus impressionnantes de la série, le canon surdimensionné souligne la force d’Inoue, et la pivoine tombée à ses pieds exprime la défaite de l’armée chinoise.
